Managing Director – Chris Otley-Doe
Chris was the Senior Associate at Lambert and Rehbein in Brisbane for 18 months after his role as the Director for Business Management for the Army Aviation Systems Project Office between 2006 and 2007. Before that he was a Supply and Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force and the Royal Air Force for 30 years. Chris is a graduate from UMIST Manchester with a MSc in Operations Management. Chris is a founding Director and has been with RubiKon since 2009.
Commercial Director – Chris Dyer
Prior to starting with RubiKon, Chris was the Commercial Director of Novare Services until its acquisition by QinetiQ in 2008. He spent several years as a senior engineering consultant at Ball Solutions Group until 2002 and, before that, was an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force for 11 years. Chris received his engineering training at the Royal Naval Engineering College in Plymouth, UK and has since held a range of commercial and management roles within Defence and industry. Chris is a founding Director and has been with RubiKon since 2009.
General Manager, Business Support – Kerry Lowe
Before joining RubiKon initially as the Corporate Support Manager, Kerry was the Customer Support Manager of Continental DataGraphics. Previous to this, she supported the Superintendents of the Communications and Disaster Management & Major Event Planning Branches of the Queensland Police Service, and also served several years as the Quality Manager and Corporate Support Manager of Novare Services, then Head of Shared Services for QinetiQ Australia until 2010. Kerry has qualifications in Business Administration, and Project and Quality Management, with experience in service-orientated management roles supporting Defence and commercial sectors.
General Manager, Programs – Paul Dorsett
Prior to joining RubiKon, Paul was Director Future Logistics Concepts with the Australian Defence Force. From 2008 to 2011 he led the supply support elements of the Australian Super Hornet Project. He has over 25 years’ experience as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Air Force and Royal Australian Air Force, and has specialised in all aspects of petroleum product support to operations and contract management. His more recent experience includes Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Integrated Logistics Support.
Head of Business Development – Tony Narbey
With broad experience supporting major acquisition programs in the defence, security and private sectors in Australia and abroad, Tony is able to engage with and support RubiKon’s clients and partners from a position of experience. Tony was previously the Head of Alliances and Supply Chain for VT Group in the UK, and was responsible for developing VT’s award winning partnering program to de-risk and provide effective low cost through-life support of various platforms to the UK’s Ministry of Defence. Tony is a Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
VIC Operations Manager – Chris Langton
Prior to starting with RubiKon, Chris was a Project Director within the Department of Defence responsible for the successful delivery of a critical command and control capability to the Australian Defence Force. With a strong background in Project Management, Systems Integration and Integrated Logistic Support, Chris has over 10 years experience delivering quality project outcomes across both Defence and Commercial sectors. Chris is a graduate from RMIT with a Masters of Project Management and was appointed the VIC Operations Manager in Sep 2016.
SA Operations Manager – Denise Towie
Denise is a highly experienced project and program manager in the defence, mining and telecommunications industries. With some 30 years post-graduate experience, Denise has managed the successful delivery of complex technical projects from the bid phase to closure. Prior to joining RubiKon, Denise was a Project Director at Motorola Solutions and was appointed as the SA Operations Manager in August 2016. Denise has a Masters of Project Management from Adelaide University.
