Our aim is to assist the Project Team with delivery of the desired outcomes on-time and on-budget.

What is a OGC Gateway Review
An OGC Gateway Review is held before key decision points in the lifecycle of a procurement project. The review teams are made up of independent experienced practitioners who use their experience and knowledge to assist the Project Team identify the key issues that need to be addressed for the project to succeed. Gateway Review Teams act as a "peer review" via a series of interviews and documentation reviews. The teams' provide valuable additional perspective on the issues facing the project team, and an external challenge to the robustness of plans and processes.

Each Gate in the review process has a list of topics and focus topics depending upon the particular stage of the project. An OGC Gateway Review is carried out over a period of 4-5 days at the most with the review report presented and discussed with the Senior Responsible Officer before the review team leaves the client premises.

The quality and depth of our experience aligns perfectly with OGC Gateway outcomes - to deliver successful outcomes for all of our projects and clients. OGC Gateway Review panel accreditation strengthens our ability to provide forward thinking solutions to our existing and potential clients.
