RubiKon Teams Qualify for OGC Gateway Reviews

In addition to Rubikon's suite of project management and procurement services, we now have qualified OGC Gateway Review Team Members. Our team members have a broad range of procurement and project management experience across private and public sectors - including infrastructure, public housing, information systems, mining, and rail. Rubikon provide team members with the appropriate skills and experience to suit all procurement projects. Our selection of Gateway qualified Team members provide independent, expert and confidential advice for all key decision points of a program or project lifecycle. Our aim is to assist the Project Team with delivery of the desired outcomes on-time and on-budget.
What is a OGC Gateway Review
An OGC Gateway Review is held before key decision points in the lifecycle of a procurement project. The review teams are made up of independent experienced practitioners who use their experience and knowledge to assist the Project Team identify the key issues that need to be addressed for the project to succeed. Gateway Review Teams act as a "peer review" via a series of interviews and documentation reviews. The teams' provide valuable additional perspective on the issues facing the project team, and an external challenge to the robustness of plans and processes.
Each Gate in the review process has a list of topics and focus topics depending upon the particular stage of the project. An OGC Gateway Review is carried out over a period of 4-5 days at the most with the review report presented and discussed with the Senior Responsible Officer before the review team leaves the client premises.
