From its inception, RubiKon has been involved in project management activities in a variety of forms and on an assortment of scales. These activities were principally undertaken as a subcontractor to prime project management organisations.   With a team that now has over 30 years experience in multi-national complex projects in the defence, public and private sectors, RubiKon is in a position to deliver complete project and program management solutions as well as dedicated support services as a prime contractor.

RubiKon’s project management capability dovetails neatly with our detailed understanding of public and private sector procurement principles and is further enhanced by our fundamental risk management expertise. Together, these skill sets combine to create a formidable resource which can be applied to major programs and complex business change projects or to dedicated assignments such as governance frameworks and project auditing.
